These include the cylinder friction test of the hydraulic cylinder, the shock durability test, the drift rate test, the circulation test and the pressure test (the rated pressure is 150%in 5 minutes). The hydraulic cylinder test system is divided into single -acting and dual -action tests. When 100 % complete the test, they will be transferred to the quality inspection department for the final quality inspection link, and finally paste the label to put the market.

According to the mechanism form of the pump device, installation position can be divided into:
1) Upper vertical: the pump device is vertically installed on the cover plate of the tank, mainly used for quantitative pump system.
2) Upper horizontal: the pump device is horizontally installed on the cover plate of the tank, mainly used for variable pump system, so as to facilitate flow regulation.
3) Side-mounted: the pump device is horizontally installed on a separate basis beside the tank. The side-mounted type can be equipped with a spare pump. It is mainly used for the system with a large tank capacity of 250 liters and a motor power of more than 7.5 kW.
