All piston rod and piston assemblies have a minimum 4:1 safety factor based on tensile strength under load rating at minimum cross section.
Do not drive the load while working
The main performance is inaccurate stop of piston rod, insufficient thrust, speed drop, unstable work, etc. The reasons are as follows:
(1) Internal leakage of hydraulic cylinder. Internal leakage of hydraulic cylinder includes leakage caused by excessive wear of hydraulic cylinder seal, piston rod and seal cap seal and piston seal.
The reason for the seal leakage between the piston rod and the seal cap is that the seal is wrinkled, squeezed, torn, worn, aging, deteriorated, deformed, etc. At this time, the new seal should be replaced.
